During college I studied film in German and Anthropology specifically focusing on German, French and Russian documentaries. I was one of the three members of GAL Productions which produced a 10 min documentary in 2002 “Slaves of Righteousness.” I have been most influenced by the filmmaking of Jean Rouch, Chris Marker (Sans soleil) and Dennis O'Rourke.
